camping ;)

Tengok cerita melayu pasal budak2 sekolah pegi camping.teringat camping masa sekolah.time form3 camping kat gunung jerai.time skolah kan suka buat kem motivasi pmr.haha time form 4 camping kadet polis.

first time belajar semua benda.pasang khemah.tido dalam khemah ramai2.nyamuk terbang2 gigit orang.masuk keluar hutan,panjat gunung,masuk gua,redah sungai and end up dengan kaki penuh dengan pacat.geli gilaaaaaaaa tp seronok :)

time masak ramai2 pakai benda instant yang mcm askar bwk masuk hutan tu.buat unggun api sendiri.mlm2 gilir2 tdo sebab takut khemah masuk haiwan liar ke manusia berniat jahat ke ape.sambil bjage ngn kawan,dengar cerita dorang pasal SA masing2 pastu dua2 terlelap sebab ngantuk sangat.so matlamat utama berjaga punah.

benda paling takut kalau gi camping yang jalan malam2 tu,pastu kena tinggal kat satu tempat sorang2 blind folded.pastu ade orang buat bunyi hantu la,nenek cari cucu lah.haish.jahat2.even dah besar gabak ni pun still takut.takyahla nak buat2.hoho

bila lah ade masa nak pergi camping lagi.sekarang pon dah busy.rindu.

Of surgery & OBG ;)

Laparoscopic appendicectomy & Tubectomy.2 procedures on 2 different people in 2 separate OT.

Laparoscopic procedure was not that easy.i always thought that they did a small incision and just put the tube in with a camera on it.today dah tau dah cmne hehe on the screen the appendix looks so big almost like a size of your palm.after it has been pull out,it was actually turn out to be a size of a thumb O_0

small structure but when inflammed,the pain was unbearable.

3 cardinal signs of appendicitis, 1) pain in the right iliac fossa 2) vomiting 3) fever.

I didn't watch tubectomy procedure as a whole.it was like so boring & the OT got no a/c.India sangat.but the procedure usually takes 30 minutes w/out any complications.

Today is my last day in surgery department.sad yet relieved ^.^

relieved 'cause the exam is over and i managed to do better this time ;')

sad to leave the department and the consultants(ceh,mcm tak posting surgery lagi je next year.drama sket =_=')

the tall handsome guy is Dr.Ajay.the girl's fav,i must say ;)

next posting is going to be OBG (obstetrics & gynaecology).Im hoping to see more normal vaginal delivery this time.hueh hueh
