today is my end posting exam-medicine.history taking,complete physical exam and systemic exam.
it has gone down the pan,again! :[
i put stroke as the chief complaint.its because this uncle got stroke few years back and for the past 1 week it reoccurs.so i thought he must be knowing what it is(as he had experienced it before).even he said he was having stroke last week.i never know that stroke is a medical term.i mean,even my grandma know what stroke is.you know some of the doctors here taught us that CC must be written in patient's word.she said stroke aint a common term.it must be put under DD (differential diagnosis) and CANNOT be written as a complain.
so for half & hour she kept babbling about the stroke thing.suddenly she asked about cerebrovascular accident (CVA) andd i was 'uh'? the only thing that i know is cva is stroke and vice versa.nothing more.haha as far as im concerned,we learn nothing about CVA.* correct me if im wrong* i felt like being shot in the head T-T
i was like okayy.fail pon fail lah.what to do kan.i got patho & microb test lagi next week.after that im temporarily-free :)
now i feel much better,after slept for 2 hours and having KFC for my dinner.hehehe
